Utility Rates
Water: $49.88*/2200 gallons minimum.
Garbage: $15.00 for residential (includes weekly trash pick-up, bi-weekly recycling)
Sewer: $48.00/2200 gallons minimum.

Water, Sewer, and Garbage Collection
To obtain water, sewer and garbage collection, complete a utility application and return it, along with a $50 (cash or check) utility deposit for home owners and $150.00 utility deposit for renters (cash or check), to City Hall during Office Hours. You will need to come to City Hall so that your identity can be verified. For questions please call (515) 677-2245.
Garbage pickup: Every Wednesday
Recycling pickup: The 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month
